Train personnel and suppliers to actually know the product. Customer service would also be nice.
Great product, bought from them direct two years ago. Tried to purrchase additional material and was direct to Harvey and National Lumber as their distributors in NH. Six weeks of trying to get someone to call or e-mail me back. Having to go to another supplier as my project cannot wait any longer. A real shame.

suppliers not knowledgeable . Distributors not very help full. All I asked for was a parts list the suppliers are lost if I had a list with part numbers I can do there job and get things done. called 3 locations. One over 3 weeks ago and still waiting.
