Let me tell you! It’s so hard to find good, experienced, reliable, Service repair people! We had a suspected laundry/Washer leak and had a repair guy come out for $120 this man told me it wasn’t the washer it was in the wall! He charged me and told me to call a plumber. I called Atlantis on my neighbors suggestion and based off reviews. Manny came out and he said off his 20 years experience he was sure it was the washer and not in the wall. Incredible service. I had a leak in the laundry room and assumed it was the washer. I called an appliance tech, who found a minor drip in the water hose but said the amount of water suggested a bigger issue...possibly inside the walls. He recommended calling a plumber. That’s when Emmanouel (Manny) from Atlantis showed up. I told him what the appliance tech said. Before opening any walls, Manny wanted to rule out the washer itself. I called Atlantis plumbing about some issues in my home. Brandon the technician arrived on time and was very professional. He checked everything that I asked him about and went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. He was kind and very professional. In the future if I need to call Atlantis plumbing I will request Brandon every time! Dylan and Roby came over right away, were extremely communicative and easy to work with. They came right on time, helped me understand the issue and potential causes, and what the different solutions could be. They were transparent on pricing and worked SO FAST to fix everything. Was a minor clog around my water heater and washing machine. Would highly recommend both their services.
