I used Atlantis for a one way ride (2 hour service including wait time) for my wedding. They were on time. The Temperature outside that day was 45 with the humidex. We got into the limo in suits and dresses and the limo was sweltering. He was waiting for us to take some pictures so I understand that the car wasn’t running (but they should’ve started it while we were loading the car).
