I can't believe this quality of service still exists. I was still on the phone describing my sprinkler system problem when I received a call from Brian asking me if I was available for a visit in 20 minutes. Brian was excellent: He comunicated as he worked, informed me I could get reimbursed since the cable company had cut my pipes. He even offered to take photos as evidence. Atlantis was excellent. They comunicated everything that was being done. After they fixed the issue, they did a thorough check of the irrigation system including recommendations on the operation of the system - more than I expected. The original scheduled appointment (late in evening) they were unable to keep because of an unexpected time consuming work they were performing at current job site. But they made up for it in their quality of work and communication.
Atlantis was excellent. They comunicated everything that was being done.
