Brian O'Connell, the owner of the company called within 15 mins. Of me submitting my request. He got the details of what I needed and told me Sean Wallace would call me to set up a time to come out. Sean immediately called and set up an appointment and he arrived when he said he would. It took him less than an hour to check my system, get it working and show me how to work it. Excellent. Was there as promised. Got the job done with no distress to either my lawn or my wife. Was easy to reach and came back personally to run through the system a second time even. Gave me a cool hat too.
