Brian O'Connell was fantastic. Communicated very well on the front end, did great work, takes pride in doing it right, very fair. Our system is a 6 zone system with around 30 sprinkler heads. He was great in helping explain the setup and identifying any issues and fixing. We will continue to use him ongoing.

Punctual, kept us informed of his arrival time, and was able to quickly diagnose what was needed to effect repairs. He was very knowledgeable of what was needed, technically proficient, and able to educate us on each step of the repair process. He had the needed equipment and repair items with him, and gave us a quality product with an orientation on using the system. The cost was fair and his work warrants our recommendation to other customers.
