This company uses unlicensed unqualified technicians and it shows in their workmanship . An ac installed by them that was done so wrong the only way to correct it is to remove old system and start fresh . No ESA permit was ever obtained for the original ac for a new house at the time either . Buyers be aware Highly not recommend

I have been a client for many years and picked Atlantis because of the personal touch, small company feel and ease to deal with. However, over the past few years when calling for service, instead of being routed to someone who can book an appointment I get told that someone will call back. Why not have the receptionist book service calls? It felt like i was talking to an answering service although she said she was situated at the company office. When the A/C brokedown during the last heat wave I was able to reach Atlantis 24 hour contact line and speak with someone shortly. They came within a couple of days and replaced the old A/C and furnace. Their technicians were excellent, very friendly and answered any questions we had. They completed the install within a day and half, in the middle of a heatwave.
