I have been a client for many years and picked Atlantis because of the personal touch, small company feel and ease to deal with. However, over the past few years when calling for service, instead of being routed to someone who can book an appointment I get told that someone will call back. When the A/C brokedown during the last heat wave I was able to reach Atlantis 24 hour contact line and speak with someone shortly. They came within a couple of days and replaced the old A/C and furnace. Their technicians were excellent, very friendly and answered any questions we had. They completed the install within a day and half, in the middle of a heatwave.
Have used Atlantis a number of times and they have always been reliable and great to deal with.
The guys were quick and did a great job.
Service was excellent and very quick Service man knowledgeable and was able to get my air conditioner working promptly A positive experience ✨️
