Bill Esposito, salesman there whose since retired was REALLY crooked! Learned after our home purchase that he actually attempted to buy our property out from under us during the sales process! Thank God we had a great broker that was very honest and reported this unprofessional behavior. Atlantis did nothing about their salesman's conduct when it was reported. Also found many shortcuts they took on our homes construction that we had to fix later ourselves.
