Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Their team was aggressive towards us and demanded we pay the full amount before the install was complete or started. Our technicians name was Ari and we spoke with Adam over the phone. I have never experienced abrasiveness from a company like this and thought it needed to be shared. Additionally they kept our $1,000 deposit and I am now getting my attorney involved to try and get our money back. I would highly recommend exploring other options.
SCAM/FRAUD ALERT!!! I called Leo Garage Door in Frederick for a fouled cable. Instead of them showing up, Atlantis Garage door from Baltimore showed up. Repairman repaired the door but indicated I needed a new opener. I paid for the repair and 1/2 of the opener and that's the last I've heard from anyone. Atlantis hangs up on me. Leo says they never spoke with me. And both companies hung up on the deputy sheriff who took my fraud complaint. And I'm out $700. Stay very far away from either of these 2 companies
