I Purchased flooring for my bedroom last year and Don was very helpful . I am extremely happy with the product and thinking about going back and getting my living room done.
Husband and I had a bad and scary experience with the owner. Claimed to be a "people person" but was so rude when he couldn't handle our requests. If you think customers are giving you a hard time with requests, there are professional ways to handle it. Yelling at them and saying "you're wasting my time" is not the way to go. It takes years to build a reputation and seconds to destroy it. We were not there to waste his time.
