I worked here they’re awful
Dr. Schwartz and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I can always get through on the phone contrary to what others have said in reviews. They always acknowledge me when I come in and I don't have to wait very long to be seen. Over the many years I have been going to this office, there have been a couple of hygienists and one part-time dentist who were not great but they were not kept around long-term and that has happened in other practices as well. I've never thought to describe a dental cleaning this way, but the only word I can come up with is revelatory. Atlantis Dental's hygienist is the most thorough and amazing person I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. What an amazing practice.
Very Questionable Ethics and Operation Issue. The reason for this one star review comes from two issues: (1) Operation Issue. I have made literally over 100 calls to schedule an appointment with no success. No one answers the phone. There is no front desk person/receptionist in this office. This office only relies on doctors and hygienist to answer calls, (2) Questionable Ethics I have cavity issues on my back teeth.
