Terrible service. Neither the front desk staff nor the nurse practitioners resolve issues. I have called for days due to them sending the wrong prescription. Although I have personally spoken to nurse Jazabelle, she has yet to send the correct prescription despite saying she would. It has been a constant cycle of calling with my concern, miraculously getting connected to an NP at times, getting cut off, then calling all over again. Just for nothing to get resolved. I have been waiting for medications for almost a month now. They hang up on you, no one wants to speak to you, they cancel your appointments and then lie and say someone will call you back. I was told my insurance wasn't active, just to find out it in fact was valid. These front office ladies don't do their jobs. When you want to leave a message for your provider, they refuse you.
