Honestly was expecting more from here. I had my first appointment 8/18. Front desk didn’t seem to care that I had been there for over an hour waiting to be called. I understand the front desk girl was new but she had three others that weren’t doing much. Anyways finally it was my turn. I got Dr. Corrales very nice man. Well it’s 8/23 an I still have not received my medication. I called 8/20 asking for it and MA told me We’re sorry. It was an error from us. But I promise you. You will have your medication on 8/21. Very Caring & Compassionate!! The Drs & all medical staff, always make you feel safe & understood. I highly recommend anyone who is feels they need individuals who will listen & acknowledge their everyday "mental challenges" . So greatful & blessed. VC
The billing department is a mess. I had to call four times to get a bill (which I was told initially was a mistake and I shouldn't be charged) paid out. I didn't care at that point. I just wanted it paid out so it wouldn't affect my credit. I was told billing would call me back multiple times and they never did. I was also told by front desk that billing takes two hour lunches, which is ridiculous when you're trying to get in contact with them Front desk did not care for me and they will not care for you. Do not come here
