Do not rent from here I went to give notice of move out and everyone was fine and dandy until 24 hours later when I signed my new lease with the next apartment complex and they called me the next day to say I gave insufficient notice and now are having the attorneys send me collection notices. 1. Just don’t So you might think this is a fancy house. And no I’m not here to write aimless baseless complaints. These are all real experiences. First of all, ants. There’s ants everywhere. Inside your house, and soon they will over take your house. Second of all the appliances are subpar at most. Our AC has been broken for the past year now and they have tried to fix it but it didn’t work. The third thing is mold. The air quality is so poor in the apartments there’s mold, everywhere.
