DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL. WORST SERVICE FROM MANAGER. I was here for my relatives Birthday Party. Some of our children decided to jump one of the fences to go play on the volleyball court and one of the employees (supposedly the manager) was taking pictures of them. She then went over with attitude from the start and told our children that we aren’t allowed at the court without the resident who lives or pays rent at the apartment and if we aren’t with them she will call the police. The apartments are very nice, and above all, new.
Nasty place ! Full Of pests and hallways smell of urine ! I lived in first floor and had to battle with dog poop everywhere. Leasing office people are rude and maintenance employees not professional. There is a reason there are ALOT of vacant apartments in complex . They have “gated “ community but the gate is always open. Some buildings smell like urine and feces. They charge more than other luxury apartments near by .
Aquabella Condominium is a great place to live! The neighborhood is quiet and super well-kept, with a nice pool, gym, and family-friendly vibe. The units are modern and comfortable, and everything feels safe and clean. It’s also in a great location—close to stores, schools, and highways. Perfect spot if you’re looking for peace of mind and a nice community feel. Definitely recommend!
Atlantico at Aquabella is a wonderful place to live! The community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and offers a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
