ACCORDING TO FCI RESIDENTIAL, THERE IS NOTHING IN THEIR CONTRACT THAT PREVENTS THEM FROM DOING SO. The Atlantico Management team (particularly the Manager), along with the corporate heads at FCI Residential (particularly the Senior Regional Manager), do the bare minimum to assist the residents of this community. I have been living at Monarch Station since January 2018. My experience from the beginning everything seems good except the parking. Of late, (and I hate writing reviews) Maintenance and Management is not doing a great job. My washer has not been working since 9/28/2020 (put in a service request that day being 9/28) with an error reading F9 and E1 which I stated in the request.
