If you need anything regarding medical help DONT COME HERE. You’re better off asking some guy in Kensington for a shot than the staff here. I didn’t think I could get better from my flu so I came here and the front desk (KIM) started making up rules just to not allow me to get treatment. Today I had to seek urgent care and I was referred to this location and I see why! I had no wait as I was second to arrive. The ladies at the front desk were kind, Alyssa helped me directly and she was very polite, helpful and very sweet. My nurse was Lyndsay and I had Greg as my PA. Both were so friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive given my situation. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and were very thorough explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan. Don’t even bother stopping here unless maybe you need a band aid. Front desk was pleasant but you could tell they wear ready to go home. I got there an hour before they closed. I wait for about 15 minutes before they took my vitals. Waited another 30 minutes for the dr to come in to tell me she thought my symptoms were concerning but I should go to the ER. Horrendous! The front desk staff was rude and short the second we all walked in. Dr.Fine is an embarrassment of a doctor- them being short staffed is not my problem- the nicest person was the tech- Dr fine barely listened to my concerns and then walked out of the room while I was talking and rolled her eyes at me- I’m a nurse and have more knowledge than she thought. For me to go to urgent care was huge because I avoid doctors like the plague- healthcare sucks and Dr.Fine needs to check her bedside manner or find a new job!!... read more
