The nurse practitioner read me a Google ai overview word for word. I understand if urgent care isn’t equipped for certain issues but I’ve never seen that before.
In the past 6 months I have had to go to this Urgent Care a couple of times. . Each and every time I found the staff, including the young ladies that check you in, the PAs that take your vitals and the physicians, very very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with! They have made unpleasantness a not so bad experience!!! Highly recommend this facility!!!
We had an excellent experience at this urgent care. Big special thanks to Waneta (NP) and Kaitlyn (RN) and other staff are very supportive. We came in because a corn kernel was stuck in the ear for my autistic kid, and the medical team handled the situation with great care, patience, and professionalism. I went there for a UTI. That.\n I had had for quite a while that was not going away. The front desk ladies were so sweet, polite, welcoming! The doctor whose name I wish I could recall she was so great. Turned out it was very bad uti and she explained why this was not good and what could happen. She told me I needed to go to the emergency room and she could tell I was wavering, but she really explained, in a concerned, considerate way how important it was.
