Unprofessional staff. Uniformed staff. Rude staff they said they didn’t take my insurance when in fact they do. I had to leave my vacation due to the staff not caring enough to find out that I do have insurance and can use it in any state even out of the country and they should know that.

Very fast very nice but don’t expect to get any proper diagnosis or tests done. I have gone twice in the last year or so when feeling unwell and have been dismissed both times. This time I ended up with a viral respiratory infection after they said it was allergies and turned me away to take OTC allergy meds. I can understand that sometimes it’s too early to see much but when a patient comes in and asks multiple times if you’re sure just to take OTC allergy meds and they’re clearly asking for more, at the minimum do a COVID ... read more
