All I can say is what a mess the nursing staff is rude
My daughter brought me here for a problem with my foot and everyone was very attentive. There was hardly any wait. The facility is extremely clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and thorough. On another day, I brought my fiancé in and again we had a very good experience. I’m not sure what the other negative reviewers have experienced because I would always come here and I’m generally not a fan of the other Atlanticcare facilities. This one is top notch!
HORRIFIC experience trying to get a follow-up mammogram here after my insurance changed with the new year and the place I had the regular baseline done in Dec was no longer in network. I knew I had to have the records from Dec and I did. I drove an hour to get there and then when being asked medical questions (already having the gown on), they refused to do the test without records from prior years and sent me home (after I already paid $800 to have it done). Say here for 3 hours without seeing a dr. When asked how long it was going to be, the nurse, with an attitude said we have a full house, 1 doctor & 2 nurses. NOT OK ATLANTICARE!!!! We left without being seen.
I went there last nite the Dr and nurse on staff there where so nice and kind I will definitely give them five stars.
