Called 07/23/26 4 times they been lifting and hanging up the calls for no reason trying to find out something regarding my case looks like they don’t care had to call the experience team to escalate this situation if you guys don’t want to answer the calls please shut down the business but don’t treat customers like you don’t give a damn
I am extremely concerned about these awful reviews, I have a appointment on December 23rd for my son who is special needs and needs to see a neuro Dr, I want to cancel now due to these god awful review, hopefully I can find someone without a 3 month wait.
