I will echo what I've read here, Dr. Susan Ward needs to retire. She is condescending and has ZERO bedside manner. I need to use Google and wait for an appt. with my Primary Doctor to understand my diagnosis and treatment. I had x-rays and a ton of blood work, she didn't explain any of it. She just gave me a diagnosis and sat there. After 20 years in the Air Force I've dealt with doctors all of the world and country, none left me this upset. I hope everyone reads reviews BEFORE scheduling an appt. with her.
DR SUAN WARD NEEDS TO RETIRE!!!! I would NEVER refer her to anyone. Her bedside manners were the worst. I only had two visits with her. The first was my initial visit, where I felt like she was talking at me and not too me. My second visit was online. I waited over thirty minutes for her to come on the call. Not once did she apologize for the long wait. My wait time was longer than the time she took with me when she finally came on the call. Saw him at court house office. Took me off a med cold turkey, I went into painful flareup. He said pain was "coincidental". Wanted me to go on tramadol. Not a good idea for long term use for chronic pain. Went back to my previous rheumatologist as fast as I could and got widespread pain under control without pseudo opioid tramadol.
