I keep calling the office to ask about my prescription status but no one ever answers the phone!!! It’s been over a month and I still haven’t heard from my doctor, the office, or the prior authorization person about whether the authorization has been sent to my insurance company. I am extremely disappointed in Atlantic Care. I used to receive great care from them years ago, but now the office doesn’t even respond to my calls and I am getting no where with my prescription status.
Went there to pick up paperwork they tried 3 times to fax over but couldn't. The Doors were locked during business ours ( Due to Safety concerns) and none were watching for customers. It took two times going there to receive the paperwork and I was leaving when they came running out to help me the last time. We had called them 2 times telling them we were coming to get the paperwork they couldn't send over. I can't believe she is not with Atlantic Care any more. Where is she practicing now? I don't want to lose the best doctor
I’m a bit disappointed with my experience as a new patient. I called well over 5 times without anyone answering, even after confirming the correct number with the front desk. Since no one was picking up, I went in person to schedule an appointment and was given a packet to fill out which I was specifically told to complete at home, so I returned the following day.
