Horrible is my nicest description! I purposely didn't bother going to my next appointment,what's the use ,they don't listen,or really seem to even care about the patient. It's all about the MONEY!!! THEY FLAT OUT REFUSED TO FILE THE PAPERWORK SO THAT THE TECH AT AMI COULD RE-READ MY CT RESULTS. THATS MY RIGHT TO REQUEST THAT!!!! I just had a conversation with Stephanie at this office, who hung up on me twice after cancelling my appointment. She told me she could give me an appointment in a month and call my insurance if I needed help. This is what I get out of the health care system: no help and no caring. Good luck getting any empathy and maturity from this group. Super frustrated!
My husband loves the doctors here. But they need to fix website. Saying opening at 7am but when you call it says office is closed.
