My appointment with Dr. Bridges today was one of the most upsetting medical experiences I have ever had. Angela Kelly is wonderful. Made me feel super comfortable, was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind. Answered all questions and addressed all concerns.
Although I like my doctor, I really dislike AtlantiCare. The company seems to be a money-grab. Last year, I received a bill in the mail months after having paid my copay. After two phone calls saying I had proof I paid the bill, they finally confirmed that they had received my payment, but never tied that payment to that specific bill (so in other words, they were trying to double-charge me).
