I had an amazing experience with Dr. Albert Sun! He is a highly skilled endocrinologist who helped me get my thyroid condition under control in just one month. My cholesterol levels also improved significantly under his care. Dr. Sun takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and truly cares about his patients’ well-being. I’m very grateful for his expertise and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate endocrinologist.
I scheduled an appt 3 mos ago because February was the only availability they had. The day of my appointment, I got out of work late and called to confirm whether the doctor would be able to see me. I was told, "as per office policy," that I had until 4 pm. I arrived at 3:59 pm, and the receptionist said that the doctor refused to see me. This office is the most incompetent, unprofessional, disgraceful practice. The doctors are great. I would give - - - 1 for the staff. It has been close to 3 weeks since they were first contacted to renew a simple prescription for test strips. The pharmacy still has not received the proper prescription. After over 20 calls, they finally sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I called to confirm that the pharmacy received the script; I was told the original script was rejected because it was written for a one-year supply. Who ... read more
