Very long wait, twice we have waiting on Dr. Loftus for almost two hours just to be seen. No one responds back to my calls either. No one ever picks up our calls, & we’ve called atleast 30 times. My husband has gone two weeks without his inhaler for his asthma, & when we try to call in for an authorization, we get transferred to a phone that no one answers again. Atlantic care is known for their terrible phone practice & customer service very unhappy. Currently searching for a new cardiologist to avoid this headache.
