I have been renting with Atlantica properties for three years always pay my rent on time never short. In May of 2023 I put in a work order because the living room window was cracked and I saw mold forming. The work order was canceled and nothing was done. A year and a half later the mold smell has gotten worst. I had aquard guard come out and they quoted me 24k worth of repairs. I never rented a house I just wanted to see the property. Spoke to a believe her name was Vanessa. She asked questions about my income, will there be kids, another adults etc.. I told her yes too all answers. She asked the other adult that will be applying with me I stated my boyfriend. She then came back and told me I would not qualify because me and my boyfriend were not married and they didn’t take no co Signor. First I ever heard of that but I will definitely look for another property.
It was such pleasure working with them. Trent was very informative throughout the entire process. Such a quick and easy closing!
