Beautiful hotel, newly remodeled in June, 2025. This is more than your cookie cutter hotel. The rooms have style and space and are well thought out. Visually appealing, comfortable, and functional. We stayed on the sun deck. If you look out the peep hole of your door, you can see the ocean through the big, beautiful windows that line the hall. Updated: 2026 The Atlantic View Hotel has had a facelift. Unfortunately, the room remodeling was a disappointment. The former comfortable, versatile couch, perfect for laying down on and reading, has been replaced with a hard, short, stiff-backed bench seat. The carpet was removed and the floor is covered with this weird, thin plastic textile mat. In summer, the A.C. wall unit noisily shuts off and on. It does not run continuously and so lacks the pleasant sensation of the compressor kicking in. The only real improvement is ... read more

This hotel was perfect for 3 people. The beds are super comfy! The hotel itself was very fancy, they had warm cookies at 8pm, wine and shrimp at 5pm (21+) and free breakfast, their breakfast sandwiches are so good. Their pool isn’t heated which sucks when it’s chilly outside but other than that the pool is very intimate. Their balcony in your room is a perfect space, they have ocean view, and parking lot view.
MIXED FEELINGS. I booked a room featuring an ocean view AND a private terrace from a door in the room using a booking 3rd party app. When I arrived I received a room with no terrace from inside the room, 4 floors up stairs with no elevator and a view of the parking lot. The hotel manager was kind, but blamed the booking company stating the room choices (that showed pics of my room with an ocean view and terrace) could not be trusted to be accurate, even though the itinerary clearly stated a terrace, and I paid more for the r... read more
