I’m writing this review because I recently had to sue the appraiser Thomas Koncius of Atlantic Valuation Group 26 South Main Street, Cohasset, MA 02025. I wouldn’t use Atlantic Valuation Group, or their other real estate company, Atlantic Brokerage Group. Atlantic Valuation Group did not provide an accurate appraisal report. The report showed the house being 6 rooms with 3 bedrooms when it’s a 7-room 4-bedroom home. The heating system was also labeled incorrectly.
