Charming house with lovely winter ocean views, family friendly large yard, complete kitchen with evan a lobster pot. Beds super comfortable.
As owners of an AVH rental house we have been nothing but satisfied with their services. They are wonderful to work with and keep the house clean and organized and problem free.
Great company. Highly recommend if you are staying in cape ann. They make everything easy and convenient, the houses are always immaculate, so clean.
We leased out our house in Rockport through AVH and it was an excellent experience. They managed our relationship with the renters very well and did a great job upon the expiration of the lease. Small property problems (broken light, loose mail box…) were dealt with thoroughly and expediently. Overall - a most reliable company.
