The head of finance/revenue cycle management for whoever put this practice together, should honestly lose their job. Do you not know the demographic for where this urgent care is? You dont contract with NJ Family Care? Well, it appears them going out of business for no revenue is your fault. So confused how people like that even have a job that pays good money when they have no idea what they're doing.
I had the most incredible experience at this urgent care. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Dr. Zambas treated my daughter with such compassion and patience, even though she was sick and cranky. He was amazing with her! After two weeks of being unwell, Dr. Zambas discovered a secondary infection that our family doctor had missed. I came here to get my 11 year old seen for pink eye. After years of going to St Luke’s and dealing with less then welcoming conditions I wasn’t sure what to expect. Well I was delighted to see updated facilities friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Zambas was amazing he actually examined my daughter not just asked questions like the other place. I went to this urgent care to seek care for a flu / viral infection. The staff and Physicians are going through the motions , unmotivated and short/impatient, a very unwelcoming environment . The patient experience is dismal , the billing has been a night mare . You pay ER prices , with visit fees upward of 450 dollars not including any other services .
