I had a very good experience. I met very kind friendly people from the moment I stepped up to the desk. The registrar, the technician who was also friendly & caring.. as was the x-ray technician. Dr S. Van Pelt listened to what I said, did a thorough exam. He explained exactly what he wanted to do. I had the necessary test.The doctor was professional, kind, and caring He made a difficult situation a lot easier for me. if the need be, I would definitely go back. Thank you for all you did for me dr. Van Pelt.
Had to sit and wait almost 2 hours before seeing the doctor. Then sat and waited again for x-ray. I could understand if they were busy...BUT it seems everyone was working at a really slow pace I wasn't put into a room until I told the young lady I should have gone somewhere else 2 seconds later they called me. Perhaps they need to review there procedures...since it is called URGENT CARE!!!!
