Horrible customer service at Ashburn branch. They want customers to physically come in into the bank to get money out of CD otherwise they’ll renew at 1% when the rate is 4%. When asked about ability to do the paperwork sooner or online as we are traveling and will be out of country. We were told that is not possible.
