I had to go in for an international wire and it took hours to complete a very simple Procedure. The person had no idea of what she was doing, someone else and a Manager came in to show something on the screen and I thought at that point, things would move forward instead went backwards. From misspelling, to filling out wrong forms etc.. and to boot, even charged me $50. If you have a business and you are in need of simple bank transactions AVOID this Branch and save hours from your day!!!
