Hire another company. Their bus broke down during a wedding and the bride and groom were stuck outside the church for an extra hour. The owner Willy would not provide another form of transportation for us. He kept saying nothing else was available but his drivers said he definitely had other vehicles available. We were forced to ask a stranger on the street for jumper cables. Hire them if your event isn’t that important but if you need punctual service you can trust, find another service.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The bus battery broke down during the wedding and we couldn’t even get to the reception hall in time. They apparently never check the bus battery until it dies.
Working with Audrey Singleton in the reservations department was very easy - she was very flexible and responsive. Audrey took every concern and change we had with great professionalism and enthusiasm. Both the exterior and the interior of the bus were clean and in great condition.
