Atlantic Tire & Service is a locally owned and operated business. We began serving Cary and the surrounding communities in December of 1998. Seven years later, in 2005, we added an additional location in Durham. A third location in Raleigh opened shop in 2009. We opened our 4th location in Raleigh in 2018. ATLANTIC TIRE on Ashville Avenue is where I will only take my vehicle for service of any kind outside of warranty. Clay, Michelle and Tyron ALWAYS are on top of everything as well as the mechanics. You will not be misguided or misinformed. It is a well-oiled "machine."
I typically hesitate to write very bad reviews, but my experience was one of the worst experiences ever, and I hope to help other people with this review. Last week, I went to this location to have my car serviced, as I was told by one of the employees that this location provides good service - they were wrong. Upon entering, there was a female working the front desk. I asked her if I have my shocks replaced, would that fix the noise issue I was having near my front tires. Her response was, "it should." I had a leak in my tire and took it to Atlantic tire. They were prompt in setting an appointment for me and provided excellent care for my car. I appreciate their kindness and attention. I will definitely go back for all my car needs.

They were able to nail down my diagnosis pretty quickly. They weren't able to fix it due to the nature of the problem but they were able to provide good troubleshooting for thefollow on shop to follow.
