I had a reservation since January and it was paid in full. 20 days prior to my arrival, they sent me an email stating my reservation had been cancelled and money was refunded. No explanation given and they will not respond to calls or emails. I have a party of 7 arriving from 17 hours away and we have nowhere to stay! I will make sure this experience is shared everywhere!
