Horrible management!! First, our washer started leaking. It took them a full week to replace it and when they finally did, they gave us another broken washer which also leaked. Then finally when they replaced that weeks after, they gave us a disgusting, old, foul-smelling washer that literally reeks like a dead rat. Per request here’s my review. 2025 has been a pretty inconvenient year living here we’ve had the hot water shut off for maintenance three times, once it was off for three days. There’s a continued issue with the water being extremely hot to shower and there’s almost no adjustment from extremely hot to cold. The amenities floor was closed off May into June due to water damage. It’s currently July and the pool is still closed and there is no communication on when or if it will be opened in time to enjoy this summer.

I just moved out after 3 years. I wish I saw more honest reviews when I was looking at buildings, so please take this as such rather than a litany of grievances: If the last 6 months hadn't happened, my review would be 3 stars. I am an active resident of the apartment. Spare your money and dont rent here. My washer smells like a rat died. My dish washer is not draining. Maintainence has not done anything. Very unprofessional maintainence.

Here are some of the litany of issues my wife and I have faced after living in the apartment building for less than a week: - First our waivers for amenities were not properly delivered so we could not use the amenities at first. - Our ice maker doesn’t work and we have been told they break all the time and are on back order - so expect this to continue. - There was damage to the countertops when we moved in. - The lights flicker in the bathroom and when it was finally repaired there was drywall dust and forgotten tools in o... read more
