Please, please do not move here. You'll notice most of the 5 star reviews are talking about the leasing managers because when you take a tour here they ask you to write a review based on the tour experience alone. I've lived here since March and my experience has included a leaking dishwasher and freezer that have clearly been an issue since the floorboards are so water damaged. I really wanted to like this place, but this building is laughably bad. Plenty of other reviews will tell you that our amenities were shut down for months without any compensation or meaningful communication, but I'll also tell you about my unit: 1) The freezer was broken when we moved in and ruined groceries until it was replaced. Just okay. Nothing spectacular. I didn't quite like the building much. But the lady who toured me was friendly. It's just not my style the place is monstrous in size with 2 really large buildings. It's too public living for me. But may be good for someone else.
New management couldn’t be worse. No hot water. Core amenities down for over 5 months. Yet complete lack of accountability. Stay away
Horrible management!! First, our washer started leaking. It took them a full week to replace it and when they finally did, they gave us another broken washer which also leaked. Then finally when they replaced that weeks after, they gave us a disgusting, old, foul-smelling washer that literally reeks like a dead rat. We’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests, called, emailed, and complained to the office in person and no one has done a thing. Not even a courtesy follow-up. Next came the dishwasher.
