Horrible. My experience living here has been marked by repeated loss of essential utilities. There have been multiple instances where the building lost running water due to maintenance issues and pipe failures, sometimes for extended periods. I have also experienced numerous situations where heat was lost during winter temperatures for over 24 hours and air conditioning was unavailable overnight during the summer. 3MONTH UPDATE: The hot water has been out for the entire building for a whole week. The duration keeps getting extended. The entire building has been lining up in from of a couple random vacant apartments to shower with wait times lasting 30+ minutes. I have calculated it out and thus far the hot water has been out for 10% of the time since we’ve moved in (10+ days). This building puts the Faux is Faux Luxury. No water again, no communication (aside from the flood on the 6th floor). If you like constant water/hot water and heat, this place is not for you.
Amenities don't mean anything if you don't have water. The water isn't even the biggest problem, it's the lack of communication, accountability from management, and overall handling of the situation. If they communicated things and actually made an effort to fix it, I could forgive it. But this has happened multiple times and each time they take it less seriously. The doormen and maintenance people have been very kind and very helpful, thank you to them. Shame on management for hiding behind them, though.
