Just pushed thru a change to grab 1 percent of gross sale price when you sell your home
This management company is a nightmare. I am considering selling my home because of their incompetence. They constantly look for small issues, assess fines, when you address it they say "ok we waived the fine" but they never do and then their constant employee turnover means the next employee calls and says "hey you owe fines". This has been going on for 3 years. They have a constant turnover of employees because they are an incompetent company to work for and a nightmare to deal with as a homeowner.
The owner of this company is dishonest and engages in illegal activity. I have it all on tape. Do not trust these people with your money or property!!
