Dr. Richard Nachwalter did what is considered a salvage operation on me. I was fused in my lumbar spine by another surgeon 3 years ago. This operation completely failed and Dr. Nachwalter removed everything and started over. After a 12 hour surgery, he fixed my back by doing a 4 level lumbar fusion with 3 cages. 3 weeks post op, I’m walking around without any back brace and don’t need any walker or cane. Dr Giordano made me feel a lot more comfortable after speaking with him. Made me feel this was a blessing being sent to him as a second opinion.
