Worst place to go. It's herd them herd them out. Always over charging, because they don't know how to to bill insurance right. Can't even get paper work right for injections or to have MRI done. When Dr. Duncan joined ECAA , they really ruined the office.
Worse place ever. Avoid at all costs.
DISAPPOINTED. Went in to get Prolotherapy treatment for my neck. Dr. Duncan is one of the only ones in the area that does this difficult procedure. I had high expectations of her and her staff. During my first office visit, they asked for all the prior health records including MRI, CT scan, Xray etc. I signed a release of information consent. They had 2 weeks to get in touch with my doctors, or call me if the couldn't get a hold of them. 3 out of the 4 Dr offices never got any request from this office. Come the day of my tre... read more
I have been going to be Duncan's office in apex for more than 5 years now and have always walked out feeling better than when I went in she knows her stuff I would highly recommend to you to try her out the office staff is great and always return my calls
Don't go,turn around and run away as fast as you can. The staff is rude the doctor is even worse. I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to in order to post a review. 👎
