I would like to start out by saying this facility has changed my life over the last nine years. I have completed my fourth Microdiscectomy and every single one has been a success one after the other Dr. Liu is a special person and an amazing surgeon, he truly cares about his patients and you can feel his compassionate empathy for people in pain. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!
Stay away from this place. Shady practices and shady doctors. They took my insurance information and told me they’re out of network and charged me a large copay. This was supposed to be their free MRI review. Then they also submitted a claim to my insurance and got fully paid while they didn’t disclose in the insurance claim they also charged me and my out of pocket payment. They’ve been chasing me non stop if I want to do surgery with them for months. Now when I asked for reimbursement they went radio silent. Also the docto... read more
