I had a great experience at Atlantic Spine Center. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I filled out the online form and spoke to John who charged me an upfront fee and also assured that my insurance covered my virtual visit. During my short virtual visit it was confirmed that nothing could be done right now. 3 months later I am billed for 3 visits which never happened - thankfully I recorded the call cause I will be on the phone with the billing department first thing Monday morning. Bonkers I should have trusted what the other people said versus someone who sounded like they were a salesperson.
Wait a $181 charge after processing my insurance for a 5 minute video call with a doctor who said to follow up after 90 days to get insurance approval for an MRI. BEWARE!!!!
