I had the displeasure of meeting with dr. alexeev as a patient in arista care rehabilitation. dr. alexeev had the gall to file false claims with my health plans for services not rendered. I complained to them and medicare asked him for records of the visits and since there were none he did not produce any. medicare sided with me and asked the bad doctor for a refund. Dr Alexeev and his entire staff are amazing. I have visited many pain management doctors for my chronic back pain and he is by far the best. He listens to your concerns and treats you with compassion. Never talks down to you and is always ready to answer your questions. A true rarity, he actually called my on his day off to answer a question I had about a medication I was taking. You will not find a better more caring provider and I encourage anyone who is struggling with a painful condition to check him out.
