I purchased a maintenance plan in July to get my hot tub cleaned and maintained. Since I had just cleaned the tub, I was told I would be contacted in 3 months. By the end of October, I had to call and set up an appointment. I talked to the service manager and was given a date they would come out. No one showed up and no one called. Terrible Customer Service – We had a problem with our hot tub and called them for service. They set up an appointment for Friday morning. The appointment time came and went with no word. We finally called, and they said their technician had called in sick (they still could have called us). They rescheduled for Tuesday morning, but that appointment also came and went.
