If you are considering purchasing a hot tub from Atlantic Billiards and Spas please think twice. I had my spa delivered on March 28, 2023 and from day one I have had issues balancing the chemicals. I recently found out that the cover was either not properly installed or was defective, as the flaps on the side weren’t sealing properly and run off from my roof was getting in. The initial purchase process was fine. But if your spa has any issues within the warranty period, you will have a big problem. Our spa started leaking within the warranty period in January 2025. A technician came out and determined the issue could not be resolved on site and Atlantic would have to resolve the issue at their shop. We were told they would come get the spa. Dustin, who handles our maintenance, is always friendly, professional, and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and keeps our water balanced perfectly.
