Worse people to ever rent a property from. I only dealt with them for 3 months and it was a nightmare from the beginning. A whole bunch of empty promises that they dont follow through with and they wait until are moving out to put in all these maintenance requests and have you deal with all these people coming in and out while you are trying to move out. They make up things to keep your deposit. If you can help it , I would suggest you look the other way if you they are involved!
I fully acknowledge that Atlantic Sotheby's service catered more towards serving the landlord/homeowner than tenants, and do not fault them at all for that. I would imagine that if I had interacted with them in any other context, I would have been very pleased with my experience! That said, I would not recommend renting a home that is managed by Atlantic Sotheby. We had several problems with the Repair Coordinator specifically. If I could leave a ten star review I would. The entire process of listing and selling my home proceeded seamlessly from start to finish. Phil Kazmierczak is extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable and guided me throughout. All parties cooperated and Phil communicated with me every step of the way.
