I fully acknowledge that Atlantic Sotheby's service catered more towards serving the landlord/homeowner than tenants, and do not fault them at all for that. I would imagine that if I had interacted with them in any other context, I would have been very pleased with my experience! That said, I would not recommend renting a home that is managed by Atlantic Sotheby. We had several problems with the Repair Coordinator specifically. Phil Kazmierczak is extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable and guided me throughout. All parties cooperated and Phil communicated with me every step of the way.
