Haven’t done business with them. Stopped in to ask about an issue I’m having with my Matronics pool vac (which I love). Person that I spoke with was charm free. It was like i was interrupting their day. I’m clear it’s your busy season. Rather than at least attempting to be helpful, they launched into the reason I would be best to buy a new one. Y’all have a nice day.
