I called Phillip Knight about a property in Powellville/Parsonsburg Md several weeks ago and he told me the property was awaiting perk test results and he would call me back as soon as he heard the results. He then sent me a list of properties via email, and I’ve never heard from him again. I’d recommend a different realtor if I were you, if you want to stay connected!
