I had an appt to see a property 11am this morning in Stuart. Amanda Flesch left me hanging. Never showed and didn’t answer my calls or my texts. I would NEVER USE THIS AGENT. She sent me texts after the fact and would NOT call me on the phone. I sat around for an hour waiting for her. She seemed to use the excuse of a email that she had wrong and I left her a voicemail telling her there was NO problem in signing the buyer agreement to just bring it with her and I would sign it. I would not recommend this group to anyone. We were stuck in a contract with Jason coley for 6 months and the broker is incredibly unprofessional. The broker would not end our contract or describe how the were promoting our home. He said even if he did end it, he would make me sign a contract that I couldn’t list with anyone else. The home was listed in only two mls systems, one of which had many errors on our home like square footage, water hookups, etc. Our listing agent did not seem interested in selling our home and it f... read more
